Many of our clients “only” use this service, whether they are furnishing a new apartment or completely redesigning a second-hand apartment, which may include demolishing walls or reorganising functions. During the design phase, we draw up 3D visual plans of the rooms and the technical drawings required for the subsequent construction.

We can also help you with the supply of the materials used in 3D interior designs. We import and distribute the products ourselves. We calculate the quantities required, order the products and deliver them to the address you specify, so you don’t have to deal with multiple suppliers.

We sell everything you need to renovate and furnish a home. We import most of our products directly from manufacturers in foreign countries. If you purchase from us, you can be sure that the products will be technically suitable for your renovation, as we use the same materials in our renovations and have real practical experience in the installation and use of our products.
THE RENOVATION process
1 . survey
- We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure that the survey of the apartment is truly professional and accurate.
- We have no problem with oddly angled walls and tricky floor plans. We use software to send data directly to the Ipad from the laser meter, giving us the points measured in space.
2 . design
- Based on your requirements, we will prepare a floor plan and 3D plans of your apartment. We will discuss the completed plans projected on a screen in our office and we will clarify them in detail.
- The design consists of 2 phases: concept plan and technical plans. The design package includes everything needed for the price quote and the renovation.
3. PREPARING A PRICE QUOTE
- We will be able to give you a price quote for the construction after the finalisation of the concept plans, as it is during the design phase that we will specify the work to be carried out.
- The price quote includes all selected materials, such as taps, sanitary ware, tiles, etc. The prices quoted are guaranteed. In today’s hectic world, this is an assurance to you that the prices in the quote will not change.
4 . procurement of materials
- We will order the interior design products, built-in furniture and fixtures of your choice based on the schedule you set.
- This way, we can guarantee that deadlines are met, and that the result of our work will be flawless and perfect in every way. Damaged bathtub? Is the kitchen faucet faulty? We will replace it immediately, without any disputes. Hence, you will receive a flawless home, regardless of what or who caused the damage or defect.
